Right of withdrawal
As a rule for distance purchases, consumers may request withdrawal within 10 calendar days after receiving the product, subject to applicable law and final legal review of this text. Withdrawal is separate from the guarantee for defects.
How to request it
Write to [email protected] with the order number, product, and request. PLEXORIA will confirm return address, shipping responsibility, and refund method in writing before shipment. Keep the product, accessories, and evidence; no blanket “opened products cannot be returned” rule applies.
Exceptions and refunds
